Why are gas estimates so high?
You might have noticed that the gas deposits we require from users are higher than true gas costs on the network. This happens to be the case because we add a buffer multiplier (typically x2) to all gas estimates. We do this to account for potential gas spikes and to ensure that all your schedules run smoothly without your intervention.
Thankfully, since we're launching on L2 networks the cost of higher gas estimates are fortunately negligible.
